ABOUT US

The Dog Guide Users of New Hampshire is a voluntary group of people that have service dogs or have interest in working or training of service dogs. We are a social group with a real purpose. We give support to each other as service dog users and help each other with our canine issues as well as educating the public about our dogs. Our group also works to improve the laws that affect us and our working partner. Anyone who might be interested in getting a dog guide or service dog is welcome to attend our meetings and learn about what is involved when becoming a service dog handler.

Our meetings are held at the Red Blazer Restaurant in Concord, New Hampshire, and they are lunch meetings, Dutch treat. We meet quarterly, in January, April, July, and October from 1:00 to 3:30. Occasionally we bring in speakers that will address some aspects of our dogs. There is always time for discussion on various subjects that anyone might want to bring up. Puppy Raisers come regularly to our meetings and are a vital part of our group.
